I really do not like my bikini, what can I do?

Simply post it back and we will refund you, minus your postage costs. Please ensure all tags and the hygenic sticker are still attached to the bikini. 

What happens if my bikini doesn't fit?

Ensure you have tried on your bikini leaving on all the tags, and the hygenic sticker. Simply post it back to us, with the completed returns form. Once we have recieved your returned parcel we will simply post your new size out to you. 

Do I have to pay for postage of my return items?

You will have to pay for the postage to return it to us. Misteag Design will cover the cost of the postage for you exchange item to be posted out to you. This is only vaild for one exchange. Further exchanges will be charged at $9.95. 

How do I track my parcel?

Once your purchase has been processed your will be emailed an Australian post tracking number. To use this number, please do to the Australian Post website and go to track your parcel.

We will be casting for new models to join our team once a year, in August. Please email your interest to info@misteagdesign.com and we will send you out casting information come August.
